If you have an interest in sport and wish to learn more about the mental aspects of performance, then you will enjoy this workshop. This activity-based class covers the most effective and evidence-based methods of enhancing sport performance and preparing mentally for competition. Participants gain hands-on experience with course concepts that can be immediately applied to their sport and other aspects of their life. Each meeting will focus on a particular element of Sport Psychology including calling your internal coach, getting a grasp on performance anxiety, and using imagery to harness your potential . A skiing, sport, and outdoor enthusiast, Christina has her PhD in Sports & Exercise Psychology and over 10 years experience as an athletic trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, and university lecturer.
