Whether you are new to the world of nonprofit boards or just want a refresher on the basics, this workshop has something for you. This participative workshop will give Board members of nonprofit agencies an opportunity to explore fundamentals for building and maintaining a healthy and vibrant governance board and for taking a strategic approach to change. Topics include exploring a model of shared governance for exceptional leadership; recruiting, training, and keeping excellent board members; and strategic thinking to bring about change. Discover what the quality of leadership means to the success of your organization and gain practical information and tools you can put into immediate action.
